His work spans direction, design, visual storytelling, and stage-making, with experience across a wide range of projects and formats. He has collaborated with artists, musicians, and creative teams across different scales, moving between concept development, visual direction, production, and technical execution. Through these collaborations, he is interested in how a live performance can feel considered without feeling over-designed - and how a good idea can still leave room for a little chaos.

Working across Vietnam and the US has shaped the way Lam approaches these collaborations, exploring the relationship between culture, technology, and live performance. Moving between different creative environments, he is constantly looking for new ways to make ideas tangible while leaving room for experimentation, connection, and the unexpected.
